Virgin Sesame Oil is an oil of high nutritional value and exceptional taste. It is ideal for all uses, since it has many unique advantages. You can use it in frying, since it has unique resistance, it does not “smoke” or “burn” and it gives fried food a wonderful crust and unique flavor.
But be careful: use it in a pan (not a fryer) and in very small quantity, so that the surface of the food just touches the oil. The surface of the food must also be as dry as possible (no water, particularly potatoes) in order to avoid fizzling.
